As a generation, Gen Z is much more concerned with diversity, inclusion, being your authentic self, and body positivity.
This translates into their clothing style and they wear what they feel comfortable with and are much less concerned with stereotypes.
Yet the workplace is not always ready for employees in crop tops, tattoos, men with pearl necklaces, shorts, or women who prefer not to put on a bra.
At the same time, diversity and inclusion has become such an important issue that you miss out on a lot of interesting talent when you don’t give people the opportunity to be themselves at work.
Which brings us to the question: how do I make sure that professionalism and inclusiveness don’t get in the way of each other.
