ROINavigator was founded in 1998 by Klaas Toes. His extensive experience in the training industry and economic background brought the insight of unused potential of people in organizations. He also discovered a lack of solutions available to measure and express the real business impact of learning.
Klaas gathered together a group of clients who wanted to travel with him to an unknown destination at that time: Learning Analytics. Early adopters like ABN AMRO, Microsoft, Peugeot, and Sodexo Helped ROINavigator to build a learning analytics solution validated end approved by the unique combination of science (Amsterdam University, VU) and business. Phillips Analytics™, was founded! Phillips Analytics™ provides management information (reports/benchmarks) enhancing organizations to utilize people’s development and performance improvement, shown in business impact results.
